The problem is most of us know what to do, but fail to remain consistent in working toward our health goals and commitments. We start a new discipline like walking or getting more rest or building better relationships, and we end up not following through after a while.
Likely you've felt the frustration and futility of trying something new and not consistently following through. You may feel hopelessness, and even carry a sense of guilt or shame because you are not doing your best to stay healthy. You may have given up and know it is fruitless as you bypass the fruit bowl and reach for the sugar frosted donut or your favorite treat—the only consistent thing you find yourself doing.
After decades of trial and error, I've discovered some simple ways to make getting healthy very doable. My methods and programs have taken about 50 years to develop and customize. I’ve become consistent by creating and living out combinations of healthy practices within a community. I would love to share these with you so you can join me and finally get "there", where you want to be!
