An amazing array of electrolytes and an even more amazing taste!

Mix in a shaker bottle (about 2 minutes to prepare):

• 1 cup ice cold filtered water
• 1/2 cup coconut water (Recommend CoAqua brand)
• 1 fresh squeezed lemon - juice only (optional: also squeeze a lime)
• 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup (Costco's is a great value)
• 1/4 teaspoon salt (Recommend 1/8 tsp Real Salt brand + 1/8 tsp sea salt with iodine)
